Robert B. Woodruff and Kieran M. Dowling settled an employment discrimination matter on behalf of a former sales representative for a major wireless network operator. The plaintiff alleged that his employer’s conduct against him, including his termination, was predicated on his status as a Caucasian American and a member of a protected class. This made up an unlawful employment practice and violated New Jersey’s Law Against Discrimination N.J.S.A.
This matter settled, pre-suit, for $75,000.00.
