Craig M. Heller
Working primarily with clients in the Tri-State Area, but sometimes well beyond, Craig Heller is a transactional lawyer who gets the deal done. Craig understands that his clients do not want to hear why their deals cannot be done; if there is a problem, he figures out how to overcome it so the deal can be completed. “Whether you have six months to close, or six days, I get it done for you.”
He has worked with many of his clients, both dealers and others, for years, helping them grow their businesses. He deals with many kinds of transactions, from the beginning to their end; from negotiating asset, real estate and lease agreements, concluding due diligence and then closing the transaction. He has extensive experience in preparing automotive franchise applications and assisting the applicant/dealer through the application process with the automotive franchisor. During the course of his practice, he has built strong and productive relationships with the automotive manufacturers and others who can facilitate the completion of deals on his clients’ behalf.
