$180,000 Settlement for Slip and Fall

Schiller, Pittenger & Galvin, P.C., represented a 73-year old woman who fell from a raised curb onto a hotel parking lot. The evidence showed that the brick sidewalk had sunk in certain areas, causing her to trip over the curb. She sustained a shoulder rotator cuff tear, which required arthroscopic surgery and, eventually, shoulder replacement.
