Daniel F. Crowe
Daniel F. Crowe is a seasoned attorney practicing in a range of business law, helping clients manage commercial transactions. His practice concentrates on representation of clients in purchasing and selling businesses; purchasing, selling, and leasing of commercial real estate; negotiating and drafting complex business contracts; automobile dealership transactions; SBA and commercial loan transactions; and business formation.
Dan has been with Schiller, Pittenger & Galvin, P.C. since September 2003. Prior to his current role, he worked at several other New Jersey law firms. In addition, he worked in the corporate tax department of several major corporations.
In addition to being a lawyer, Dan is a certified public accountant. He began his career working in the accounting/tax field at several major corporations.

Dan graduated from William Paterson College of New Jersey with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting before moving on to earn his Master of Science in Taxation from Pace University and his Juris Doctor of Law from Rutgers School of Law.
